A regular meeting of the Department of Student Affairs was held in the Hall of the Academic Council at the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Ayni, with the participation of deputy deans for educational and воспитательной work.

The main purpose of the meeting was to adopt necessary measures to improve the level and quality of student affairs and воспитательная work, ensure compliance with the dress code guidelines, internal institutional regulations, and dormitory residence rules, strengthen sanitary and hygiene conditions, and increase student participation in events dedicated to Mother’s Day, the International holiday of Navruz, as well as community clean-up days (subbotniks) and tree-planting campaigns.

The meeting was attended by Vice-Rector for Student Affairs Nazorzoda Nigora, Head of the Department of Student Affairs Davlatsho Karimzoda, Head of the Youth Affairs Department Murodov Muhammad, Head of the Sector for Work with Girls and Women Davlatzoda Muslima, staff members of the Student Affairs Department, and deputy deans of the faculties.

During the meeting, specific instructions were given to those responsible within the educational structures to strengthen supervisory activities, reinforce academic and work discipline, ensure cleanliness, and comply with established standards. It was also emphasized that effective coordination among all relevant departments is essential for organizing university-wide, national, and international events at a high level.

Additionally, appropriate measures will be taken to organize collective subbotniks and tree-planting activities involving faculty members and students.

The meeting concluded with the adoption of assignments, the outlining of prospects for implementing the university’s student development plans, and the revitalization of academic advisory (curatorial) sessions.
