The initiative was aimed at honoring national culture and the noble traditions of ancestors, especially the beautiful national garments such as atlas, adras, and chakan; promoting respect for national customs; fostering patriotism and national self-awareness; educating female students; enhancing the aesthetic appreciation of women and girls; promoting national dress; and encouraging distancing from foreign cultural influences.

During the campaign, female students dressed in national attire walked around the university grounds and courtyard, as well as in Ahmad Donish Park in Dushanbe, presenting Tajik national clothing and the rich cultural heritage of the nation to residents and guests of the capital.
