On August 25, 2026, Rector of the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Ayni, Ahliddin Ibodullozoda, met with a group of university students who are being sent to the Republic of Korea as part of an academic exchange programme.

During the 2025–2026 academic year, as part of international cooperation, another group of six students majoring in the Korean language was sent to Jeonbuk National University in the Republic of Korea to study under the academic exchange programme.

During the meeting, Ahliddin Ibodullozoda provided the students with guidance and recommendations for successful studies, making effective use of educational opportunities, improving their language and professional skills, and learning from the best practices of the partner institution.

It was emphasized that while studying abroad, each student is not only a representative of the university but also an ambassador of Tajikistan’s culture and national values. Therefore, observing proper standards of communication, respecting the laws and traditions of the host country, and presenting the culture, history, and achievements of independent Tajikistan in a достойный manner are among the important responsibilities of participants in the academic exchange programme.

The Rector also met with eight students who had returned home from the Republic of Korea after completing their academic exchange programme. The meeting focused on their academic results, the experience they had gained, and opportunities to apply their newly acquired knowledge and skills in their further studies.

In this regard, the administration of the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Ayni has decided to further strengthen its efforts to expand student academic exchange programmes. Within the framework of cooperation agreements and joint educational programmes, students of the university are also expected to be sent to higher education institutions in the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
