On the eve of the beginning of the new academic year and the celebration of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, renovation and improvement works at the Faculty of Physics of the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Ayni have been fully completed.

As part of the university administration’s ongoing construction and improvement initiatives, the corridors, stairways, and windows of the three-story faculty building have been completely renovated. The protective railings on the staircases have also been replaced with new ones that meet modern safety requirements.

It should be noted that the corridors and stairways of the faculty building were last renovated in the late 1980s. Therefore, the completion of major renovation works after several decades is particularly important for improving the condition of the infrastructure and creating facilities that meet modern standards for teaching and learning.

The completed works were carried out in line with the education-oriented policy and the guidance and initiatives of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation and President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon. These efforts are aimed at developing the education sector, strengthening the material and technical facilities of educational institutions, creating modern conditions for teaching and learning, and promoting the development of the exact sciences.

As a result, the interior appearance of the building has been significantly improved, providing teachers and students with a clean, well-maintained, and more comfortable environment for educational and scientific activities. This initiative is particularly important for improving the teaching and development of natural and exact sciences, which are currently considered among the priority areas for the advancement of science and education.

It should be noted that construction, improvement, and infrastructure modernization works at the university continue on a regular basis under the leadership of the university’s Rector, Ahliddin Ibodullozoda. The completion of such initiatives on the eve of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan reflects the spirit of development and the growing attention being paid to the advancement of science and education.
