STRENGTHENING THE ACTIVITIES OF THE "AVANGARD" YOUTH GROUP IN ISMOILI SOMONI DISTRICT
A solemn meeting was held in the spacious hall of the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Aini to strengthen the activities of the "Avangard" youth group with its active members. The event was attended by: the head of the Internal Affairs Department of Ismoili Somoni district, Police Colonel Sharifzoda Bahrom Rakhmonali, the deputy chairman of Ismoili Somoni district Aminzoda Manijabonu, the first deputy head of the Republican United Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Police Colonel Umarjon Emomali, the acting head of the "Avangard" youth group in the Republic of Tajikistan, and the deputy rector of the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Aini, Nazzirzoda Nigora.

CONTINUATION OF THE TREE PLANTING CAMPAIGN:
PLANTING 600 SEEDLINGS
Following the instructions of the Rector of the University, Ahliddin Ibodullozoda, on February 19, 2025, the tree planting campaign continued in the "Agrobiolaboratory" garden of the educational institution.
On this day, faculty staff, teachers, and students cleaned part of the garden from weeds and applied compost to the soil. Additionally, over 600 new seedlings were planted among the trees, and specialists completed their tying.

University Stage of the Olympiad in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Physics
 The university stage of the olympiad in mathematics, computer science, and physics took place on February 18, 2025, organized by the order of the university rector, Akhliddin Ibodullozoda. Seventy-eight students from various university faculties participated in the olympiad. The winners of this stage will represent the university at the national level in the olympiad for these subjects among university students in Tajikistan. |

ORGANIZATION OF THE FIRST STAGE OF THE UNIVERSITY CONTEST "KNOWLEDGE OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES"
 On February 18, 2025, the first stage of the university contest "Knowledge of Foreign Languages" took place at the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Ayni. The contest involved students from the 1st to the 5th years of study and specializations in linguistics and other fields from all faculties. It is worth noting that the contest covers 6 foreign languages: Russian, English, German, French, Chinese, and Korean.
The first stage of the contest featured a test competition, where students answered 50 questions related to vocabulary, grammar, and literature. The panel of judges consisted of professional teachers and foreign language instructors (native speakers).

 At the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Ayni, with the aim of implementing the "State Program for Improving the Teaching and Study of Russian and English Languages in the Republic of Tajikistan until 2030", on February 18 of this year, the Department of Modern Russian Language and General Linguistics of the Faculty of Russian Language and Literature organized a republican scientific-practical conference on the topic "The Russian Language in the Modern Educational and Scientific Space".

STRENGTHENING INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION IN SCIENCE
On February 17, 2025, the Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs of the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Ayni, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor Rajabzoda Sirojiddin Ikrom, met in Moscow with the Director of the Zelinsky Institute of Organic Chemistry of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor, and Corresponding Member of RAS, Alexander Olegovich Terentyev.
During the meeting, the parties signed cooperation agreements aimed at developing natural, exact, and mathematical sciences between the two scientific and educational institutions. These agreements cover bilateral cooperation in the preparation of highly qualified scientific and teaching staff,
